Traffic in Atlanta

Remember, an hour is not a reasonable amount of time to get ANYWHERE but 1 block away during rush hour in Atlanta!

Joys of being single

1. No one can tell you how to spend your money.
2. You can season your food how YOU like!
3. Mistakes in the kitchen aren't as crucial, you mixed it, you can eat it, or not!
4. My cats can sleep where they want, when they want, and with me!
5. No fighting over the remote! AND I CAN WATCH 3 DIFFERENT SHOWS, AT THE SAME TIME!
6. No calling if you are going to be late!
7. It's ok to not clean up that project yet, if you aren't done yet!
8. TV in bed, as late as you want.
9. Drinking straight out of the carton/container, etc.
10. Your cats could care less if you are in a bad mood!
PS... Most important, I get to travel without a thought!

Tragedy

I am very sad by what happened at Virginia Tech. It is a shame that equal time is not given to the many young men and women that have died in our war overseas.

White Bunny in Black Mercedes

Driving the streets of Atlanta is always interesting and a challenge.
The scenery can be interesting, especially when you are driving down Ponce de Leon, and downtown.
It is always a challenge to avoid the individuals that play "Beat the Car" and dart out in front of traffic, attempting to challenge the green light that says to cars "GO!".
In Buckhead, my civic was almost swallowed in it's entirety by a rather large hole in the street that had been attempted to have been covered up by a metal plate. (But, unsucessfully...) My alignment has to be out now!
In the midst of all the chaos I was pleasantly surprised to look into my rearview tonight to see a rather attractive white bunny with pink ears in a black benz...

Saturday

While most of you slugs get to go the Dogwood Festival or perhaps even the Thrashers game, I get to go set up for a trade show. Yes, I do know how to live on the edge. (And of course, I do value my employment as well.)
Fortunately for me, it is predicted to rain today. So have fun getting wet! Don't forget your galoshes!
