Sticking it to the apartment man!

So, as some of my readers know, I have been looking at a new place to live. (Upon threat of rent raise #2 in the amount of $100)
I found a place around the price that they were raising my rent to, but newer, and cooler! (I am excited by the air hockey table!)
Today.... I gave notice. I was pleased to tell them WHY I am moving.
